1. 本科以上学历，物理，化学，材料等相关专业毕业，二年以上工作经验
2.熟悉生产工艺管理流程, 有较强的自主发现,分析和解决问题的能力
3.良好的沟通技巧和协调能力
4.良好的计算机和书面英语能力

职位名称：R&D Technician 研发技术员

工作地点：苏州-工业园区

Main responsibility
1. Work closely with PCE development team for the performance evaluation and application proposition.
2. Coordinate and support for new product scale-up trial and implementation.
3. Work closely with regional and global technical experts to fulfill the development requirement in solving the technical problems.
4. Daily lab maintainance, fulfill other tasks from supervisor.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree on Material Science/Civil Engineering/Inorganic materials/Chemistry.
2. Prefered to have >1 year experience in the lab or construction industry with good understanding of concrete applications.
3. Strong interests on learning.
4. Good communication skills, and ability to cooperate with other teams in running the projects.
5. Basic command of reading and written English.
6. Basic computer skills including Microsoft office products.

工作地点：苏州-工业园区

Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1、Responsible for operation every type equipment (including presser, mixer, scale, oven, cartridge filling line, drum filling line and so on), can quickly find the equipment at normal condition or abnormal.
负责操作各种设备（压机、混料釜、地磅、烘箱、硬管包装线、大桶包装线等），能够迅速发现设备是否处于异常状态。
2、Undertake production task according to work instruction, packing instruction or other requirement, including special operation, such as start up or shut down.
根据作业指导书、包装指导书或其它要求执行生产任务，包括开车、停车等特殊操作。
3、Supervise production process, record relate parameter, assist shift leader or other people to improve the equipment performance.
监控生产过程，记录相关参数，协助值班长或其它相关人员提高设备性能。
4、Participate sustainable improve activities of quality, cost, safety and so on .
参与质量、成本、安全等可持续改善活动。
5、Assist doing some simple machinery maintenance work.
协助做一些简单的设备维护工作。
6、Participate emergency response.
参与应急响应。
7、Assist coaching freshman of production department.
协助培训生产部门新员工。
8、Site 5S.
现场5S。
9、Other task assigned by supervisor.
主管安排的其它工作。

Requirements 岗位要求
1、College degree or above of mechanical or chemical engineer .
专科以上学历，机械或化学工程专业。
2、At least 2~3 year experience at adhesive manufacture field, familiar relate equipment.
至少2~3年胶黏剂领域生产经验，熟悉相关设备。
3、Can adapt two shift work.
能够适应两班倒工作。
4、Hard working , good interpersonal skill & good organization.
勤奋工作，优异的人际沟通能力。
5、Treat all employees and colleagues with respect and impartiality.
能够尊重并平等对待所有同事及员工
